D36 is a 55 year old organization and is a Non-Profit completely run by volunteers

D36 is a RECOGNIZED district by the American MC Association, and is duly Chartered with the AMA In 1988.

D36 founded the Legislative Action Office, and is still one of the leaders in land use protection for our members.

D36 has spent in excess of $1,000,000.00 during this time to protect the right to ride, race, and enjoy public lands.

D36 has 5of the oldest AMA Chartered clubs in the nation, led by the San Francisco MC going back to the early last century. D36 has over 50+ National & World Champions from our District.
